Private Sessions

In personalized one-on-one sessions, train the body and mind to work together toward the goal of overall fitness. Whether you are in top shape or recovering from serious physical injury, receive individualized attention and patient, careful teaching to achieve both your physical and mental fitness goals. Sessions are 50-minutes in length.


Duet Sessions

A private session with two clients, duets are a cost effective way to get a personalized workout! Grab a friend, colleague or partner and start your Pilates Program today! This workout combines the Pilates equipment & mat work. This combination strengthens, tightens, tones and stretches for one of the best workouts ever! Prerequisites: Healthy individuals who had at least 1-2 private session. This session is not for those with injuries.   *2 clients only*  Sessions are 50-minutes in length.


NEW Pilates Barre Private & Duet Sessions

Is a fun-filled session that combines the principles of Pilates, Yoga & Dance to tone, stretch & strengthen your body from head to toe!  Utilizing hand weights, mats and the barre mixed with contemporary music you will shape your arms, abs thighs and that booty "like nothing else you have ever done!" Sessions are 50-minutes in length.


NEW Group Apparatus Classes

Our group apparatus classes incorporate the Pilates Reformer, Tower, Chair and Classical Mat exercises.  This fabulous combination strengthens, tones, tightens and stretches the body from head to toe!


Golf and Tennis Pilates Conditioning Clinics

A combination of Pilates mat and equipment work, Mat work and props for essential home work, 1x per week for 4 weeks, 8-10 participants *Call or email to arrange your private clinic in the studio or on-site*

                                                                                                     Dawn Boulay, Certified Functional Trainer & Pilates Instructor


Dawn comes to us from the Boston area, formerly a Private Trainer of Healthworks Fitness for Woman in Chestnut Hill for numerous years as well as Professional Chef for over 15yrs.  Dawn is happy to call Cape Cod her year-round home and the Pilates Method a new passion in her life.  Dawn's certification include: ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, Professionally Trained Weight Loss Consultant, Professional Chef~Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, Certified Pilates Instructor under the Balanced Body Method.


A typical session with Dawn includes a total-body, training of core strength, muscle toning, & flexibility, while at the same time working to increase the heart rate, incorporating a fat burning cardiovascular workout.



Julie Richer, Certified Pilates Instructor


Julie, a Certified Pilates Instructor under the Peak Pilates Method comes to us from the South Shore where she instructs Pilates through the winter months.  During the summer months Julie is proud to call Cape Cod her home.


During a typical session with Julie you will enjoy a Classical Pilates session while utilizing all of the Pilates equipment, props and mat exercises.
