I am a part owner in a
family business, I have two daughters 6 and 8, work is home and home is
work. I did nothing for myself and as a result I was dying on the
inside. My "outside" was visual proof of the neglect I was
feeling.
Luckily, I did a web
search for Pilates and found Jennifer Blaine. I have been working out
with Jennifer and her staff since October of 2006. I leave her studio with
the feeling that my body, mind and spirit has been re-energized. Don't

One of the things I loved most about your pilates classes is the challenge of
the workout. I am the type that loves to challenge myself and do
different things. You always provided that in each class.
As far as doing better..............I do believe that the classes that you
offer now allowing four people to do a class really helps with the cost.
I really do miss the one on one privates though! You should know that you
are really a very good instructor. I have not had anyone who is the caliber
of you since. Kudos to you!

I highly recommend this class (Power Pilates)! I am experienced in "classic" pilates and have had a hard time finding an affordable class in Boston that was worth my time. Jennifer stays true to the classic moves while adding a few challenging twists. The class moves at a fast and challenging pace... It's exactly what I've been looking for!

Jennifer is a fantastic teacher that keeps everybody moving from one exercise to the next. It's a butt kicking, abdominal burning, you-are-gonna-be-sore workout. A challenging and rewarding Pilates workout for the novice or experienced.

After shoulder surgery and PT I still wasn't able to swing my golf clubs. After 10 sessions of Pilates Golf Conditioning I was not only able to swing my clubs I had even increased by 20 yards! My buddies are jealous!

I took the Pilates Golf Conditioning Clinics at Oakley Country Club during the
first session. I enjoyed my introduction to Pilates exercises for
health reasons and how it would also help me on the golf course,
Pilates was something I always wanted to try and this was a great
opportunity. As for my swing, I am still working on it and I am optimistic. The overall experience was very enjoyable. The instructor, the format and the total program was more than I expected.
