Jennifer Blaine is proud to introduce the Pilates Golf Conditioning Program to clients and golf enthusiast. Jennifer received her Pilates for Golf Conditioning Certification from Sarah Christensen, owner and developer of Pilates for Golf.
While any Pilates routine will benefit general golf performance, Pilates for Golf is designed specifically to enhance the bio mechanics of the golf swing. This specialized Pilates Golf Conditioning Program allows golfers to hit the ball consistently farther and straighter, while helping to eliminate back pain and reduce the risk of injury.
Of all the professional athletes training with Pilates, golfers have adapted to it the fastest. Pilates Golf disciples include Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Rocco Mediate, David Duval, Annika Sorenstam and Kelli Kuehne.

For PGA Tour pro Rocco Mediate, Pilates is all about strengthening his back — and prolonging his career. After major back surgery in 1994, Mediate says he wasn't the same. He couldn't bend over for long periods of time to practice his putting, and his back always went out after lengthy plane trips. Mediate started Pilates in November 2001. While some of the exercises and stretches may be familiar, it is an understanding of the underlying Pilates techniques that make them so powerful. Many of the exercises have been especially adapted to men’s physical requirements, thus increasing rotation and flexibility in the neck, shoulders, torso and upper back.
Pilates is a technique for moving in a way that is the most natural, efficient and pain free. Best of all we will take these techniques right out onto the course. You'll learn to drive to the course, walk, tee off and putt with the Pilates technique.
