Certified Master Pilates instructor and Celebrity Trainer Jennifer Pilates enjoys training and working one-on-one with clients to meet both their fitness and nutritional goals.  Jennifer can also be found jet-setting "on-location" to clients as well as training "live" via SKYPE through JENNIFER PILATES Virtual Pilates Studio to clients world-wide.  She works with clients as far away as Saudi Arabia and on the East and West Coasts.  In fact, with some of her A-list clients away on-set or traveling with their NFL and NBA teams, the on-the-go nature of Skype has allowed Jennifer Pilates and her clients to exercise from different locations world-wide each and every day.

 

Jennifer exemplifies the integrity of the classical Pilates method with her skilful instruction to both clients and future teachers. Her inspirational understanding of the human anatomy and continued passion for this extraordinary movement therapy is what makes her programs so desired. Clients who have sought after Jennifer's instructions have ranged in ages from 8-88, from professional athletes and celebrities to those recovering from injuries.

 

Jennifer is a third-generation Certified Master Pilates instructor and Celebrity Trainer. Having had the honor of training directly under second-generation Pilates Instructors and Founders of the internationally renowned Pilates Center of Boulder, Colorado. The Pilates Center programs are based on the classical pilates fundamentals taught by Joseph Pilates himself. It is the world's foremost teacher training school for classical Pilates instructors.
